A Spiritual Path
From an early age, Tammy’s curiosity about the spirit shaped her life’s direction. A seeker at heart, she immersed herself in books and meditation studies at Buddhist temples, which eventually led her to yoga in 2008. What began as a personal practice soon became a path of awakening—peeling back layers of self-doubt and revealing a life guided by compassion, gratitude, and inner peace.

The Teacher Emerges
With an open heart and a natural gift for connection, Tammy was inspired to share her journey through teaching. Drawing on her 15 years in the corporate world, she founded Yoga for the Soul in La Salle, Ontario—a community rooted in mindfulness and kindness. Since then, she has taught in studios, hospitals, universities, and beyond, creating classes rich with purpose and reflection. Certified

through The Yoga Loft (Windsor), The Toronto Yoga & Medicine Institute, and Seane Corn’s programs in Canada and the U.S., Tammy has also studied under teachers including P’arang Geri Larkin, Sri Dharma Mittra, Bryan Kest, and Rob Bell. Her teachings continue to evolve, blending wisdom, compassion, and authenticity to serve all who step onto their mats.

Calmness is a huge gift.

And once you master it, you will be able to respond in a useful way to every difficult situation that decides to walk into your heart.
